• Coordinate the analysis of Reporting requirements from different Application areas like SAP PP, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP IM and SAP QM.
• Convert business process based decisions requirements to Functional Specifications.

• Create Objects like Info-Objects Cube, ODS, Transformations, Update rules, Transfer rules etc in Business Warehouse to store the data in BW.

• Responsible for integrating Business Objects reporting and analytics tools (ie. WEBI, Crystal, Live Office, etc) with information derived from an SAP ERP and SAP BW systems as well as information from an Oracle Data Warehouse.
• Design (architect) and implement solutions that leverage Business Object Accelerator, Business Explorer and other tools from the BOBJ XI 3.x suite.
• The Lead Applications Analyst is responsible for working closely with functional teams and business users to understand and validate requirements in order to build reporting solutions that produce accurate, timely information.
• Continually strive to enhance or improve business systems processes that drive efficiency through use of best practices.
• Evaluate, recommend, plan, execute, and manage the integration of new SAP/BOBJ functionality, business processes and data into our existing applications environment.

• A minimum of 7 years experience building and integrating SAP BW and Oracle Data Warehouse environments.
• Extensive working knowledge of the Business Objects suite of reporting and analytics tools; WEBI, Xcelsius, Business Explorer. As well as Business Objects Accelerator (BOA), Pioneer and Live Office.
• Design and Implement dashboards using Xcelcius and data derived from an SAP BW as well as Oracle Data Warehouse.
• Experience with implementing Business Objects Explorer a plus.
• Experience with full life cycle systems implementation methodologies.
• Strong problem solving, process mapping and analytical skills required.
• Team orientated with the ability to work and communicate effectively with users at all levels in the organization.
• Strong Project Management skills a must.
