Job Description
  • Design and Develop SAP BW Applications from Requirement Gathering, Blue Printing, Data Modeling, ETL, Queries and Reports.
  • Well experienced in ABAP (ABAP programming exp a must).
  • Experience with SAP SD, MM,FI (Configuration or lot of Programming) .
  • Manage customer engagement for full BI project and Capability to manage a team.
  • Understand and implement BW security.
  • Experience in differentiating in multiple BW Designs from Performance point of view.
  • ECC configuration experiences a plus.
  • Capability to manage customer expectations.
  • Flexible to Travel 100%.
Requirements Primary Skills: SAP BW; ABAP/4; BEx; Extractors.
Masters or BS with Computer Science or Engineering as major.
Experience Minimum: 6 Years of BW

Special Requirements Certificates/Licenses: BW Certification is a plus.

SAP Senior BASIS Consultant
Post :SAP Senior BASIS Consultant
Location : Naperville/Chicago, IL.

Skills : Experience in the following:
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS - installation/Upgrade/support of ECC, BI systems.
  • SQL & Oracle Database Administration.
  • UNIX and/or Windows Administration.
  • Set up High Availability for SAP systems.
  • Maintain multi-landscape environments through remote copies and system refreshes.
  • Lead and participate in technical projects across multiple teams.
  • SAP Performance Tuning Skills.
  • Must be willing to travel or relocate to client project
Additional Plus points

  • Experience in BOBJ, BPC, Sybase.

SAP BOBJ Consultant

Location : Naperville/Chicago, IL.

Skills : Experience in the following:
  • At least 3 years of hands on experience with Business Objects Installation, configuration, patching and maintenance.
  • Maintaining Business Objects Dev, Test and Prod environments.
  • Should have Administration experience in setting up user security and profiles in a multi-client hosted environment with CMC.
  • Object Migration experience within Business Objects.
  • Experience of Performing Business Objects upgrades.
  • Expertise with all the modules within Business Objects (CCM, Publishing Wizard, Import Wizard, CMC, Infoview, Web Intelligence Thin/Thick, Infoview Dashboard builder, Crystal Reports Designer, Xcelsius 2008 Enterprise, Engage, RCT and Designer).
  • Configuration of SSO (LDAP/Win AD - SDK, .NET, Java, Apache/IIS).
  • Should have experience on integration of SAP BW with Webi, Xcelsius and Crystal reports.
  • Create, maintain and provide audit reports to analyze on the load, activities and take part in the strategic planning.
  • Good To have: Knowledge of SAP BEx queries and Infocubes along with its mapping on Objects of BO Universe.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as both the business and technical communities.
  • Must be willing to travel or relocate to client project.

SAP Consultant (Entry Level)

Location : Chicago/Naperville (USA).
Start Date : Mid-July 2012
Job Description : TekLink is an IT consulting firm, focused on SAP Business intelligence. We are looking for driven individuals with good interpersonal skills that are excited to learn. Once hired on with TekLink, the candidate will undergo an SAP Boot camp, learning from experts in the field, with the opportunity to travel internationally for the first 3 to 4 months of his/her career. Upon completion of training, the candidate will work on projects in small teams for one of our clients, many of which are Fortune 500 companies, working to establish themselves as an expert in one or more of our core competencies. This position entails building systems and requires business interaction, project coordination and some programming.
Qualifications include
  • Computer Science or related technical degree (e.g. MSIS, Finance or Engineering).
  • Familiar with several programming languages or data warehouse concepts.
  • Desire to work with cutting edge technology.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Sincere and adaptable.
  • Determined.
  • Eager to learn with open attitude.
  • Open to travel and relocation.
  • International travel may be required.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
