Business Challenge	Implement BW Project for phasing out custom Data warehouse application.
The Solution	TekLink consultants successfully created comprehensive BW implementation strategy. Successfully upgraded BW system from BW 2.1C to BW 3.1C and supported R/3 upgrade from R/3 3.1I to R/3 Enterprise. Project was completed on time and within budget.

Business Challenge	Create long term business intelligence strategy. Implement SAP BW for mySAP CRM, MySAP R/3 and mySAP SCM systems. Initial solution was built for CRM 2.1 system when CRM BW extractor was not flexible enough to build the solution.
The Solution	TekLink successfully implemented CRM Analytics and worked closely with SAP Development team to make it a great success. Enhancements were done in CRM Extractors to accommodate Custom development in CRM. Earned status of trusted advisor to the customer for Business Intelligence. In last 3 plus years developed and implemented BW Data Models & Reporting solutions for SAP's Sales & Distribution, Purchasing, Quality Control, Production Planning, CRM Opportunity Management, External Data like Point Of Sales (POS), mySAP SCM's Demand Planning (DP) and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). Created closed loop applications to make data flow from R/3 => BW => APO => BW => R/3. Conducted internal BW knowledge transfer workshops. Owned and implemented comprehensive BW Security Model. Implemented Analysis Process Design (APD) and designed close loop applications to create Risk classification of products. It directly contributes to better Delivery Performance and lower inventory cost. Built integrated Management Cockpit Report for Delivery Performance.
