Mr. Pankaj Gupta is co-founder of TekLink International, Inc. He has more than 20 years of Information Technology and Business Information Solutions experience. Prior to joining TekLink in January 2003, Mr. Gupta was a BI Platinum Consultant of SAP America and a internationally recognized expert on Business Intelligence (BI).

As SAP's Platinum Consultant, Mr. Gupta received the Circle of Excellence award for the BI Community of Practice for 2001 and the President's Top Performer award in 1999. Mr. Gupta has been working with SAP's Business Information Warehouse since it was launched, and has consulted for more than 25 implementations.

Mr. Gupta has been a speaker in SAP conferences and has instructed most of the SAP BI courses for SAP America. Prior to joining SAP America, Mr. Gupta had been part of a Software Development Team at Anderson Consulting and one at Tata Consulting Services for more than 6 years. Mr. Gupta has a BS in Engineering, a MS in Operations Research from one of India's top Technology Institute (IIT), as well as a Diploma in Industrial & Business Management.

Mr. Heck is a Vice President of TekLink. He has more than 18 years of Information Technology and business experience. Prior to joining TekLink, Mr. Heck was the Hitachi Consulting Midwest SAP Practice Lead, growing the SAP Midwest Practice several-fold during his tenure. Prior to Hitachi Consulting, Doug spent 15 years at SAP America working in many different organizations within SAP from Development, to Industry Business Units, to Consulting and Sales.

Mr. Heck was one of the lead developers of the R/3 Consumer Products Solution, spending 4 years abroad at SAP Headquarters in Walldorf, Germany. In addition, Mr. Heck was also one of the original SAP America Platinum consultants, having specialized in Sales and Distribution and also helping large multinational companies in their Global Standardization efforts.During his tenure at SAP, Mr. Heck managed 2 of the 'Top 10 ERP Implementations' all-time globally as ranked by InformationWeek.

Mr. Heck's Global Standardization thought leadership and work has also been featured in Gartner Group Case Study publications.

Mr. Heck has an MBA with Honors from University of Maryland, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Edmund as VP Business Intelligence is spearheading TekLink's Business Planning and Consolidation practice and co-chairing TekLink's Management and Strategy Advisory Services. Edmund's 18 years in SAP Professional Services brings instant credibility and thought leadership across various disciplines and industries (Consumer Products, Financial Services,Mfg etc.).

Edmund comes to us from Business and Decision where he was an Executive Vice President bringing strategic, business and technical expertise in implementing SAP solutions. Prior to Business and Decision, Edmund helped build and establish Inforte as a premier SAP BI Professional services organization. Formerly at SAP, Edmund was the V.P. of Collaborative Solutions where he lead the sales, development and delivery of service offerings around BW, SEM, HCM, CRM, and Enterprise Portals. At SAP America Inc., Edmund served as a Director of Professional Services leading SAP Financials, Project Management, and the Upgrade Competency Center, after becoming a Platinum Consultant. Edmund has helped over 100 SAP customers in various parts of their implementation. He is also an avid speaker at various SAP conferences, user groups and is regarded as an expert in Enterprise Performance Management.

Edmund has regular Thought Leadership speaking engagements at ASUG/SAPPHIRE and BI Forums.He holds an MBA and a Masters in Management Information System.

Edmund is based in Los Angeles and Chicago.

Mr. Umarwadia is a Vice President of TekLink. He has over 9 years of experience in Information Technology complemented by nearly 13 years of experience in industry and public accounting. Prior to joining TekLink, Mr. Umarwadia was one of the leading Platinum Consultants with SAP America. In the last 9 years, Mr. Umarwadia he has taken numerous Fortune 500 customers live with BI and FI/CO.

Mr. Umarwadia's BI experience encompasses architecture & landscape design, data acquisition, data warehousing & modeling, information delivery, planning, data mining and performance tuning. In addition, Mr. Umarwadia performs design & performance reviews, participates in "fire-fighting" spot assignments and presents at ASUG, Sapphire and Tech-Ed.

Mr. Umarwadia holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Illinois

Mr. Bhaskar is a Business Leader of the BI practice at TekLink International, Inc. He has worked with SAP solutions for more than 10 years including 9 plus years with SAP BI. In his 10 plus years, he has taken numerous BI and SD implementations live for Fortune 500 customers across the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Mr. Bhaskar's BI experience encompasses architecture and landscape design, data modeling, information delivery, data mining and performance tuning. He was a member of SAP's BI Review Team. Mr. Bhaskar also managed several projects including integration of CRM analytics, APO integration and Trade Promotion Management.

Mr. Bhaskar has taught the BW partner academy and conducted workshops for customers. Prior to TekLink, Mr. Bhaskar was a senior consultant and manager for SAP. He has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Pravin Gupta is a senior BI consultant with over 6 years of BI and SAP experience. He is SAP BI certified and has been involved in SAP implementations in the US, Singapore and New Zealand. His rich experience incorporates all aspects of data warehouse design, data modeling, business analytics, system performance, and developed tools. He has also worked on the integration of BW with SAP CRM, APO and legacy systems.

Mr. Gupta also manages the BI Education and Training practice at TekLink. He instructs several SAP America training classes focused on BW and also conducts customized workshops for TekLink clients.

With 10 years of SAP experience, Gary Nolan is an SAP BW certified consultant specializing in evaluating customer requirements, configuring BW, and providing BW project management. Mr. Nolan is a technical editor for the BW Expert Online publication and has contributed over twenty articles on various BW topics to both the BW Expert Online and SCM Expert Online publications. He has spoken at the BW & Portals Conference, Managing SAP Projects Conference, ASUG Annual Conference, and several other SAP internal and external events.

Before joining the TekLink team, Gary was a Platinum Consultant with SAP America, Inc. Mr. Nolan has been working with BW since version 1.2B. He has served as the lead consultant in many projects from the planning, system configuration, and testing phases, through go-live and post-implementation support. He is an author of SAP Press bookSAP NetWeaver BI Implementation and Project Management.

Mr. Svolos has over 13 years experience implementing SAP applications He has over 6 years implementing planning applications including BPS and Integrated Planning (IP). Additionally he has over 7 years experience implementing SAP FI/CO. Mr. Svolos has a diverse industry background including Consumer, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Oil-Gas and Retail. This experience coupled with expert SAP functional skills and 5 years of previous cost accounting experience allows for deep insight into well designed business planning applications.

Prior to joining TekLink, Mr. Svolos was a Platinum Consultant with SAP America and part of a select group of consultants chosen to be the first to work on BPS planning projects.

Mr. Svolos holds a BS in Business Administration from Marquette University.

A Director with TekLink, Mr. Pandey has more than 20 years of Information Technology and industry experience. His experience spans across many industries such as Shipping, Transportation & Logistics, Petroleum (Oil & Gas), and Utilities & Distribution. Mr. Pandeys SAP IT skills are wide and deep including consulting and delivering training on Transportation Planning, SRM, SD,MM, and IS-Oil. Mr. Pandeys international experience has had him mentor and manage global implementations including infrastructure and Strategic Outsourcing.

Mr. Pandey is SAP certified in MM, SRM and IS Oil and also ITIL certified in IT infrastructure Management. He has extensive training experience having delivered Academy Trainings in MM, SD, SRM, MDM, IS-Oil, PLM and Handling Unit Management.

Before joining TekLink, Mr. Pandey was a managing consultant for IBM and founding Director of QTBM Global Services consulting company.
